Authorities say the accident occurred around 8:45 a.m. on Route 524, when the woman’s 2001 Lincoln Navigator collided with the front end of the dump truck as it was making a left turn on the rural road. The SUV swerved off the side of the road and flipped over, ejecting the woman from the vehicle. Sources say the 29-year old driver of the truck was uninjured in the accident.
