Man injured in dirt bike accident

An 18-year-old man was flown by helicopter to the hospital after being involved in a dirt bike accident in Hillsborough.
The accident occurred on August 16 in a heavily wooded area near Clawson Drive when the teenager was heading east and lost control of the bike. This caused him to strike a stone pillar and be ejected him from the bike.
He sustained injuries to his head and legs, but officials say that they appear to be non-life threatening. His current condition is unknown at this point.
