Man killed from injuries sustained in motorcycle accident

A man from Iselin has died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident that occurred a week earlier.

The incident occurred in late July when the man was traveling down the roadway and he was almost struck by a vehicle. A 17-year-old girl was attempting a left turn when another vehicle stopped to allow her to make it.

The motorcyclist was in the other lane when the teen almost turned and collided with him. The motorcyclist swerved to avoid the collision and struck the curb causing him to be thrown from the motorcycle. The man suffered head trauma and was taken to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Motorcycle accidents can change the lives of all involved, our condolences are with the victim’s family and friends.
